Accounting Literacy
The course focuses on developing knowledge of accounting terms and practices. Participants will learn basic accounting concepts, including financial statements, budgeting, applying the concepts of debit and credit, bookkeeping and performance measurement.
Through a mix of interactive learning, real-world applications, and hands-on projects, participants will be well-prepared to better understand key concepts and core accounting practices.

Clémence Rannou-Stanley
Ms. Rannou-Stanley is a Chartered Professional Accountant with an Master in Business Administration from Université Laval She specializes in supporting not-for-profit organizations, especially throughs financial analysis and budget planning. Her years as a lecturer teaching at different levels and to diverse age groups, and her international experience enabled her to adapt to different organizations and clearly communicate accounting analysis to various stakeholders. Her experience teaching and supporting Indigenous communities reflects her interests in breaking educational barriers and supporting all communities.
Ms. Rannou-Stanley is committed to meeting the needs of diverse participants and organizations by proposing concrete solutions tailored to the issues at hand.
