This course is designed to understand the use of Lean principles for continuous quality improvement.

The course focuses on developing skill set on Lean tools used for operational improvement and delivery the most value to the costumers, while maximizing the use of employee’s skills. Lean thinking ultimate goal is: improving process efficiency and quality; while eliminating waste and delays, and aiming the operational excellence.

Meet our Instructor

  • Marjan Yazdanpanah

    Marjan is a senior project manager oriented towards team building, creative strategy, with a strong problem-solving skill, excellent communication skills and strong analytical mind. She is committed to respect the values and mission of the project and to deliver them on budget and on time.

    Marjan has a Master’s degree in biomedical engineering, a Master in Healthcare Administration, as well as a certification Lean-Six-Sigma project management.  Her main specialities are:
