Time Management and Productivity

This course provides practical strategies to help individuals manage their time effectively and boost productivity in both personal and professional settings. Participants will learn how to set clear goals, prioritize tasks, minimize distractions, and create efficient workflows. Key topics include planning techniques, overcoming procrastination, leveraging productivity tools, and setting SMART goals, managing workloads, and using time-blocking techniques. Through interactive exercises and actionable insights, learners will develop the skills needed to stay organized, focused, and in control of their daily responsibilities.

    Bilingual, relationship-driven communications specialist, creative learning & development professional, agile facilitator, dynamic moderator, and engaged course instructor with a diverse background spanning higher education as well as the non-profit and private sectors. Passionate about designing, developing, and delivering impactful training that supports individuals throughout their learning journeys, enabling them to exceed their objectives and expectations.

    More than 25 years of progressive experience in strategic and applied communications, career services management, and corporate training at McGill University, backed by a BA in Communications and a Certificate in Public Affairs from Concordia University, and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from McGill University, complemented by lifelong learning in a broad range of disciplines.
