TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation Requests - Cancellation requests must be received by email at least 10 days (working days and weekends included) prior to the workshop/course start date for a full refund. Cancellation requests received less than 10 days prior to the workshop/course start date are not eligible for refunds but a transfer can be requested – see Transfer Requests below.
Transfer Requests - Transfer requests must be received by email before the workshop/course start date and are subject to a $290 CAD transfer fee. After a full payment by credit card of the transfer fee, the "credit" can be applied to any workshop/course within 12 months of the original workshop/course start date (price difference may apply). Note that after a transfer, no refunds or cancellations are permitted. However, participants may send a qualified substitute in their place at no charge. Completed Transfer Request will be automatically forfeited after 12 months of the original seminar start date.
Forfeit Fee - If a participant gives no notice prior to the workshop/course start date and/or fails to show up, the full fee will be forfeited as of the first day of the program. "Credit" from an uncompleted Transfer Request will be automatically forfeited after 12 months of the original seminar start date.
What is the Seminar Cancellation Policy - Eeyou Istchee College of Science and Technology reserves the right to cancel a workshop/course/program for any reason up to two weeks before the start date. In the unlikely event of a course cancellation, paid program fees will be refunded in full, but the College is not responsible for any travel or other related expenses incurred by the registrant.
